Way back in days of old when AdWords first came about it was incredibly easy to make money online. Simply place an advertisement, point it at your product and sit back and wait for the cash to come in. Simple as that.

As time went by however everyone involved in the process got just that bit more sophisticated. The search engines moved the goal posts regularly, The number of advertisers increased dramatically, and consumers as a result had a greater choice. The net result for the internet marketer...less clicks, less sales and therefore less profit. As a result of this Adtext Generator was born.

At the same time advertisers realized that they had found a new and inexpensive way of putting their advertisement in front of millions of eyeballs daily. This situation could only last however if it was a win-win for both parties, i.e. the advertiser and the search engines. The consumer had to click the advertisement to see and potentially buy the product and the engines would only get paid if the click happened.

So to reward and encourage more clicks the search engines cleverly began to charge less per click to an advertiser whose ads were more relevant to the product offering and relevant to the keywords as typed by the consumer/searcher.

This in effect created an advertising war between advertisers, each competing to get as high up the ad list as possible for the lowest cost. Unfortunately for the smaller internet or affiliate marketer, this left him at times competing with large advertising firms who were now designing ads for the bigger players. With little or no advertising experience it was becoming impossible for him to get his ads shown unless of course it was for a highly targeted long tail keyword.
